New possibility – use our mobile app as an authentication tool.

Instead of switching to Smart-ID or using PIN calculator, now you can use the SEB mobile app and biometrics for logging in or confirming payments in e-shops, as well as transactions in the mobile app and the internet bank.

To begin using the new feature, set up SEB app as an authentication tool in the latest app’s version. Then select “SEB app” as the authentication tool in the internet bank login screen. Learn more

  • Fraudulent calls

    In the call, the imposters present themselves as bank employees, trying to find out the bank card data or PIN-codes of the authentication device. Tone of the call can be aggressive and may include threats to close your bank account or cards.

    We kindly remind you that bank employees never ask the full details of your card or authentication device codes via phone call or other channels.
